A little info on me …
I am originally from Rapid City, SD. I have the best parents in the world, Doug and Judy, who still live in Rapid. My brother Turner is 15 and also lives in Rapid. I have a younger sister, Kristin, who is in school in Denver. She is a nanny by day and a student by night. I am so lucky to have such a great family.
In my spare time I am an avid scrapbooker and like to do anything crafty. I also like to travel and hang out with friends and family.
I graduated in 2005 from South Dakota State University with a major in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and a minor in Human Development and Child & Family Studies. I teach Careers and Independent Living at the NPHS as well as 6th and 8th grade Comprehensive FCS at Madison MS. This is my 3rd year in North Platte.
This is my third year as cheer sponsor and I love it. I enjoy being able to spend time with the girls. They are such a great group.
Im excited about this blog – I think it will be a great way for the girls to get a little recognition for thier hard work throughout the year.
